Literature Text

The time of the sword and axe is coming. The time of war and great disdain. Tedd Deirah, the end of all ages. The world shall perish amidst ice and snow and be reborn under a new sun, from a seed that does not sprout but burst into flames!

Anyway, all of the capitalist countries will become revolutionary warzones, all the communist countries will become mobilized armies that take over the capitalist countries, and we'll cycle through evil dictators forever.

Fossil fuels will continue to be burned and never run out before the sun goes supernova, because we've discovered how to drill deep into the mantle and take the fuels out. The world will start to look like Venus, complete with acid rain. People will live in homes that protect against all elements, and the animals will have been long dead. The seas will dry up and rain will go straight into massive easily-movable sterile funnels that lead into major cities, where some of the water is driven out into individual homes.

Overpopulation will have been a thing of the past: families are allowed only two babies each and extra babies will be executed. Foods that come from things which grow from the ground will have been gone, but meat is synthesized (mostly from the babies). Thousands of years of a no-carbs diet will mutate people into stupid brawns, except for the government, who will use special machines to maintain an IQ of 150 without losing their greediness.

Space travel will be ignored and left not-researched, because evil glodyadons from the crab nebula will be keeping a blockade around the planet for the next million years. The dictators are unsure why, but they speculate that they are just space aliens and should be ignored, lest they blow our brains out with their super ray cannons.

In English class we had to write a crazy idea of the future before our big research paper. I thought mine was worthy of an upload.

Yes, the beginning came from The Witcher. The old elven prophecy of Ithlinne, to be exact.

The real title of this is "The World in Ten (Thousand) Years" but dA has a character limit for titles and doesn't allow parentheses.
